All VBS machines can be supplied in painted carbon steel or all stainless steel construction. The dry machines feature concave "4" panel deck systems with varying angles to optimize body motion of the VBS machine. The wet machines feature convex "4" panel deck systems with varying angles to take advantage of liquid conveying in the initial panels and steeper angle to convey the dewatered material.
AMPLITUDE AND SPEED
J&H VBS machines have an operating range of from 800 to 3000 V.P.M., depending on size of material to be screened. The finer the material, the higher the R.P.M.. This increased speed allows the VBS machine to maintain the desired "G" force (acceleration) necessary for proper screening. Low amplitude and maximum frequency gives the maximum contact of wire cloth to material for smaller particles. Larger amplitude and lower V.P.M. gives greater movement for larger particles, while still staying in the desired "G" range.
VBS machines are manufactured for wet or dry materials, made with carbon or stainless steel, and available in 36", 42" and 48" widths.
