J&H manufactures a variety of "SMART VALVES" Electronically actuated modulating material flow control valves. These units feature a line of full voltage actuators i.e., 380, 440, 575 volt with 4 to 20 MA control signal for 0 to 100 % movement. These units have confirmation signal for computer interface and can be furnished with remote field mounted IP 65 control box. Positioning signal from valve is 4 to 20 MA. They work directly with weight belts or can be manually controlled for visual feed to screening machines and other process equipment.

Standard valves are furnished with carbon steel bodies and stainless steel interna blades or buckets. All have full width side access doors for easy clean out or removal of internals for maintenance when required.

These machines can also be furnished with stainless or aluminum bodies.

Valves can be sized for material flow rates of 50 to 800 TPH.
