Units are manufactured in 3, 4, 5, and 6 foot widths and lengths from 5 to 25 feet in 5' increments. These machines can easily be lengthened in the field if more capacity is required.

MOD III machines utilize J&H's patent "floating drive
system" and "tuned suspension system." This allows J&H
to produce uniform vibration over the largest wire cloth
areas in the industry. This uniformity yields very high
efficiency and allows J&H to process particles from
.5" (13MM) to 150 mesh (.1MM). A unique feature of J&H
Double Deck machines is their quick opening side doors
and 24" (610MM) distance between decks, allowing access
for observation and maintenance when required.
