These machines are invaluable for plants using lumpy raw
material such as SSP. They can also be great value in
reducing scale from dryer discharges and bucket elevator
prior to the material being fed to the screening machines
and other types of mills. J&H manufactures units from
18" to 42" wide with varying breaker bar and
tooth configurations to suite your particular size needs.
Breakers utilize AR400 leading edge teeth and AR400 replaceable
breaker bars. Unit's internals can be served in place through
their "split housing" design. All are equipped
with class II gearing and electronic motion sensor for blockage
protection.
