Speed Clean

The J&H Speed Clean is an integrated control system designed to increase efficiency and reduce operating cost for material processing plants that utilize J&H Screening Machines. The main function of the Speed Clean System is to reduce the amount of material lodged in wire cloth openings, which prevents material from being screened properly. This is achieved through the use of a variable frequency drive that periodically increases the frequency of the motors, resulting in increased energy to the wire cloth. Some of the main benefits of implementing the Speed Clean System include: reduces machine downtime, increases efficiency of screening, and extends the life of the wire cloth. In addition to these benefits, the Speed Clean System can provide a solution for remotely controlling the J&H Screen while maintaining the ability to shut down each vibrator individually.
