The unique design of the Riffle Feed
offers the greatest amount of screening area for the least amount
of floor space. Feed material passes through a built-in
riffle to equally distribute the feed material to the top and
bottom decks.
Screen body is basically the same as a double-deck screen.
"Overs" and "Throughs" are separated on upper and
lower decks of the machine.
Like materials are recombined and discharged from common "Overs"
chute and "Throughs" from Fines Hopper.
The Riffle Feed Machine is available in 5 foot incremental lengths
from 10'-20' and in widths 4' and 5'. It has all of the other
features of the J&H System 100 MOD III machines.
