The
J&H Sampler is designed to take a sample of a falling
stream of material. The sample time interval can be set
to any point between 2 and 30 minutes.
Material is collected when the sample cup rotates through the falling steam of material. The sample then discharges out the sample outlet and into the sample container. The sample cup returns to the shielded position to remain parked until the next sample is to be taken.
The sampler includes a NEMA 4 control box mounted directly on the drive and a remote or control room mounted timer control box. The unit allows adjustments of sample quantity and frequency depending as required for your application. Sample quantity is controlled by manual adjustment on the sample can inlet. Frequency adjustment is achieved by setting of timer from 2- 30 samples per hour. The J&H Sampler is built in several basic sizes and ideal for "feed to screening machines" and "product to storage" applications.
