All Optimizer buffers should be expanded to acceptable range in "U" gauge, making sure all are at same point within acceptable range.
The smaller the diameter wire i.e. 0.035" should be closer to the root of the gauge still within acceptable range. The larger the wire diameter 0.054" to 0.063" should be farther from the root, but always within accptable range.
Note: All tensioning bolts for a given screen panel must be replaced (I.E. all 10 bolts) with Optimizer tensioning units in order to achieve desired performance for that panel.
