Double Deck Vibrating Screen Machines

Double deck vibrating screen machines are commonly used as Primary and Secondary Product Screens.  The double deck vibrating screen machines are also able to achieve high screening efficiencies with low power consumption cost, which makes this an excellent option for polishing screen applications.  The upper deck has a larger mesh designed for removing oversized particles from the product flow where it can be removed to the crusher for recycling back into the process.  The lower screen separates product size from fines, that are also sent back into the recycle or used for seed product to the granulator.  A separate discharge flange sends the product size material for further processing.

J&H provides a full range of sizes from 4′ (101.6 mm) wide x 5′ (127.0 mm) long up to 7′ (177.8 mm) x 25′ (635.0 mm) long, designed in 5′ (127.0 mm) length increments.  This provides 20 ft² (1.858 m²) to 175 ft² (16.258 m²) of both overs and fines screening surface.  More importantly, the high frequency vibration generated by our J&H Vibrator Drive motors and the unique design of the J&H Tuned Suspension and OPTIMIZER Tensioning system actually make better use of the full area of the wire cloth.  This gives the highest screening efficiency for typical high capacity industrial processing plants.  To further improve the efficiency of the screen, pair the J&H double deck vibrating screen machines with the J&H Fines hopper or J&H Modulating Hopper Valve with the dust collection underneath the wire cloth and a J&H Speed Clean unit.

Fold back rubber covers and large removable side doors provide full access to the upper and lower wire cloth screen decks for inspection and maintenance.  A J&H Screen Support Structure  with raised platform provides access to the J&H Vibrating Screen Feeder and the tensioning buffers on both sides of the screen as well as access to the motors, electrical connections, and the wire cloth.
