Introducing the All-New J&H Low-Profile Distribution Feeder

The J&H Low Profile Distribution Feeder is a low-profile solution for plants where vertical space is limited. Lower-frequency 900–1,200 RPM vibrator motors convey material along shallow-angle troughs while transforming a concentrated stream into a full-width, uniformly distributed bed of material.

Uniform distribution improves the efficiency, capacity, and wear life of downstream equipment, including:

• Screening machines
• Crushers
• Lump breakers
• Sorters
• Other equipment requiring a controlled, evenly distributed feed

The inlet flange can be sized to match the upstream screen discharge, creating a compact connection with minimal vertical drop. Flexible connections accommodate feeder movement, while J&H-developed rubber buffers isolate vibration from the plant structure.

Full-width covers provide convenient access for inspection and maintenance.
