J&H is taking vibrating screen feeder performance to the next level by integrating the benefits of our electromechanical modulating control valve with our static-body vibrating pan feeder.
Traditional first-generation screen feeders relied on manual deflectors at the inlet to adjust material flow and optimize distribution. Our latest solution provides local or remote control of material flow through an electrically actuated bucket valve.
The result? More consistent material distribution across the full width of the screening machine, helping improve screening efficiency and overall feeder performance.
This modulating flow control solution is especially valuable for plants with:
- Restrictive feed chute geometry
- Inadequate vertical chute height
- A need for precise, adjustable material flow
- Remote flow-control requirements
