J&H is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of IFFCO Train C at the Kandla NPK-I Unit, utilizing J&H Vibrating Screens, Vibrating Feeders, and Modulating Recycle Hopper Valves.
We are proud to support IFFCO’s operations with proven equipment and solutions, and are grateful for their continued trust and partnership.
Thank you to all the teams involved in making this milestone a success.

Introducing automated flow control to the vibrating screen feeder.

J&H has integrated the benefits of its electromechanical modulating control valve with its static body vibrating pan feeder.  1st generation screen feeders required manual deflectors located at the inlet to adjust feed flow to optimize distribution.  This combination now offers the ability to control material flow locally or remotely via an electric actuated bucket valve, enhancing the feeders capability to equally disperse material across full width of screening machine, improving efficiency.

The modulating flow control valve is ideal for plants with restrictive feed chute geometry and/or inadequate vertical chute height.
